Hi Everyone! A few weeks ago I noticed that Urban Decay had a big online sale and so I decided to take full advantage of it and pick up a few of their iconic makeup primer and setting products! I was also jammy as I discovered that not only was I getting a large chunk off the initial price but that the Uni Days student discount code for UD was also accepted on the sale items #winning.
As I’ve recently been starting to wear eyeshadows relatively on an everyday basis I decided to purchase the Eyeshadow Primer Potion. There were quite a few variations of the product but I decided to go with the classic one and to keep the cost down further I opted for the travel size. Although there doesn’t appear to be too much product, I’ve been rationing the primer and dotting a little bit on my eyelids when I really want my shadows to stay *helloo long work shift*. The product comes with a do-foot applicator which makes it easy to apply and I will say that the stuff really does work! I’ve noticed that my shadows not only have been lasting a lot longer but that they aren’t creasing at all, so I can confirm that this product is magic. This product certainly lives up to the hype and I will indeed be repurchasing it when I run out.
On the same theme as wanting my eyeshadow to last, I’ve also been keen for my makeup as a whole aka foundation etc to stay longer as I sometimes find due to excess oil throughout the day my makeup moves around a lot. Sooo I purchased the Urban Decay De- Slick Oil Control Setting Spray in the hope of it saving my makeup and keeping it in tact for longer. I just give my skin a quick spray of the product once my makeup is complete and like the primer potion I have noticed that my foundation doesn’t disintegrate as quickly as it used to as the day progresses and that it has kept excess oil at bay.
I’m so glad that I spotted the Urban Decay sale as I have finally discovered these amazing products that are now some of my holy grail makeup items!
