Hi Everyone! Its been a while since I’ve posted a blog post because the last week I’ve been feeling pretty down. For the past four years, I’ve dealt with IBS a syndrome which affects my digestive system and, for me, particularly flairs up when I’m stressed. For the most, I’m able to manage this and carry the necessary medication with me whilst travelling, however, over the last week after developing some horrendous acid reflux which will not budge *seriously tried everyy remedy* I’ve been left feeling deflated and low.
I’m aware that this is quite a personal post, but I want my blog to be a place more than just beauty reviews. I’ve managed to schedule an appointment this week with my GP so hopefully, I will be feeling better in the next few days. I do believe that university stress over the last few weeks has been responsible for this latest flare-up. Despite this, for this coming week, I want to be happier. I think it’s easy when your not feeling 100% to focus on the bad things and get easily overwhelmed *not to mention terrified when you check your symptoms on google*, so this week I want to do more things that make me happy which in turn should hopefully make me feel better.
