My MAC Lipstick Collection

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all well, unfortunately as I write this I am suffering from a sore throat post holiday, not so great.  However, today I thought that I would share my MAC Lipstick collection.  Its probably the smallest collection on the internet * only 3 Lipsticks* but I love all three shades and would greatly appreciate your recommendations for lipsticks you would recommend me to buy!

*MAC Syrup*

I bought Syrup this April in Gatwick Airports pop up MAC counter which you can read about here in a previous blog post.  Syrup is a lustre finish which means it has more of a sheen to it and is a tad glossy on the lips * so in no way matte*.  Its quite a pinkie/plum shade which is great for both during the day and at night.

*MAC Faux*

MAC Faux  probably my favourite lipstick in my collection for both the colour and the finish.  It is a satin lipstick which looks quite matte on the lips but isn’t as drying.  Faux is a rich pink/brown nude quite a hard colour to describe but really classy.  Its definitely the most used out of my 3 lipsticks and I would definitely repurchase it.

*MAC Please Me*

Please Me is the oldest in my collection being my first ever MAC purchase.  It is a matte finish, so therefore lasts long on the lips.  My only criticism is that it can be a tad drying especially in the winter but with moisturised lips this tends to help.  Please Me is a powdery Barbie pink colour perfect for the Spring/Summer.

I hope you liked this blog post! Be sure to tell me your favourite MAC Lipsticks in the comments and if your new follow the blog 🙂 I am also on Instagram:- clare95xo so come say hi!
