Summer Pamper Night

Hi guys! Today I thought I’d share some tips on how I like to relax in the evenings, particularly when its a typical British Summer weather *peeing down with rain* and I want to feel cosy and pampered.

I think nothing sets the scene more like a tea light candles and they look all the more prettier dotted around the bath.  For the bath, this particular night I decided to use a bath melt from LUSH as opposed to a bath bomb.  I think you get more bubbles from a bath melt and with only using half of it get two baths, so good value for money !

Once the bath is at a good temperature and I’ve hopped in, I like to apply a facemask and I’ve been trying a new one called Cosmetic Warrior *again from Lush, what a surprise!* I’ll be the first to admit that sometimes sitting in the bath with nothing to do is boring so I tend to either balance my laptop on the toilet and watch YT videos or, on this night, read a book.  Lately I’ve been reading Me Before You by Jojo Moyes.

After soaking in the tub, I wash my facemask off and get into cosy pjs before painting my nails.  I love muchi muchi by Essie as its a soft baby pink that is perfect for summer. Normally, I would end a pamper evening with a hot chocolate, but since its summer and the weather is warmer I like to have a fruit flavoured tea.  If your not a fan of fruit flavoured tea, I’d recommend trying mint and chocolate flavoured tea from teapigs!

I hope you enjoyed reading this post 🙂 let me know your thoughts in the comments and as always if your new please be sure to follow my blog to keep up to date with future content.
