Recently it seems that the market has exploded with adult colouring in books to help beat stress, anxiety and just for general enjoyment. I now own 2 colouring books, the latest to my collection being the Enchanted Forest by Johanna Basford.
This book is filled with cute intricate illustrations of trees and animals which really helps you to distress as you focus getting into the zone of colouring in.
I’m really looking forward to using this book during stressful periods during this new university semester as I think its a great way to de-stress and turn off from the online world.
